Job Description:
Valvoro Plumbing Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all plumbing services. You will lead teams, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that keep our projects running smoothly and clients happy.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, organizational skills, and plumbing industry knowledge to drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of plumbing teams, including field technicians and administrative staff.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor service calls, projects, and emergency responses.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to improve efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, plumbing codes, and company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Handle client escalations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in plumbing or construction services.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, field operations, and service delivery.

Requirements:
